The tenth World Congress of the Theosophical Society will be held in Rome, Italy, on July 10-15, 2010, with the theme: "Universal Brotherhood without distinctions: a road to awareness." A World Congress is regularly held every seven or more years at different cities in the world. The last one was in Sydney in 2001.

The tenth congress will be held at Summit Roma Hotel. It can be reached from the Leonardo da Vinci International Airport or by road or rail from the city center of Rome. A shuttle bus will be providd form the airport "Leonardo da Vinci" Flumicino to the Hotel Summit. Shuttle schedule will be communicated later. The shuttle service is extra charge.

Prices

The hotel charges below includes room, breakfast, lunch and dinner:

• Euro 88.00 per day in a double room
• Euro 110.00 per day in a single room
• Euro 70.00 per day in a triple room

A deposit of Euro 150.00 as guarantee is required. In case of cancellation or no show, deposit will not be refunded. Deposits can be paid through credit card or bank transfer. Please see details on the registration form.

Registration Fee

Congress registration fee, including admission to all Congress sessions:

• Euro 50.00 (can be paid on arrival at the spot)

English will be the official language of the Congress. Some sections will provide written translation of the lectures in their own mother-tongue.

The opening time of the Congress will be on Saturday 10th at 10.00 a.m. and the closure will be in the morning of Thursday 15th.

A sightseeing tour of Rome is scheduled for the afternoon of Tuesday 13th. Estimated amount is Euro20.00 (to be paid after arrival in Rome).
